Contract Report

Detailed reporting on the projects created in the system is available.

To access the Contract Report, click on the "Contract Report" menu under the "Reporting" heading on the left side of the screen.

On the opened page, graphical data related to all project processes belonging to the recipient can be viewed. All data in the report is updated every 24 hours.

Filters located at the top of the screen allow searching based on Report Currency, Contract Type, Year, Month, Status, Responsible Person, and Purchase Category information. Graphs are automatically updated according to the selected filters.

The currency information in the reports defaults automatically to the company's primary currency. To change the report currency, click on the "Selections" heading located in the top right corner of the screen and update the currency there.

When you right-click on any graph, the following options are available in the menu:

View data: Accesses the raw data used to create the graphs.

Export as an image: Downloads the displayed graph as an image for visual use.

Export to PDF: Allows the graph to be downloaded in PDF format.

Export Data: Downloads either the displayed graph or the raw data as an Excel file.

Contract Report Graphics

Number of Contracts:Indicates the total number of contracts created within the company.

Contracts with Amount: Indicates the number of priced contracts created within the company.

Annual Average Number of Contracts: Shows the average number of contracts annually.

Total Contract Amount: Represents the total value of contracts created within the company.

Contract Status Analysis: Displays the status of all created contract processes.

Contract Type Analysis: Shows the types of all created contract processes.

Contract Price/Supplier Analysis: Shows contract prices and supplier statuses.

Category Contract Analysis: This area shows the breakdown of contract amount and contract count by category.

Contracted Supplier Status Analysis: This area shows details regarding the registration statuses of suppliers with contracts.

Counterparty-Contract Analysis:This area shows the breakdown of suppliers based on contract amount and number of contracts.

When you right-click on any graph, the following options are available in the menu:
