Creating New Purchasing Categories
In order to create a new purchasing category, you need to click Company Details menu located at the left-hand side of the screen and hit Company Details sub-menu.
In the next page, the company settings could be displayed. To view and adjust the categories the Purchasing Categories menu must be clicked.
To add a new category, the main category that will be added a new category for, should be selected and Add button must be clicked.
In the pop-up the category name and the category code must be filled. To complete the process you can click Save button. If more than one category to be add, to expedite the process you can click to Save and New so that the pop-up will be automatically opened.
To update any information in any category, you need to change the name or code and then click to the Save button.
