ESG Evaluation Form List
To create an Evaluation Form or view existing Evaluation Forms, you should click on the "ESG Evaluation Form List" button under the ESG Management menu within the Supplier Management section on the left side of the screen.
On the opened page, you can perform detailed filtering to access the desired evaluation lists by clicking on the "All Filters" button.
To access the evaluation forms for the desired template names, periods, statuses, templates, or dates, enter the details such as evaluation form name, period, status, template, or date in the filters provided. After entering these details, click on the "Search" button to find the relevant forms.
To create a new evaluation form, you should click on the "Create ESG Evaluation Form" button located at the top right corner of the screen.
On the opened page, it is mandatory to fill in the fields marked with a star (*). After filling out these required fields, you should click on the "Save" button.
· Title: Field where the title of the ESG Evaluation form is entered.
· Company: Selection of the company for which the ESG Evaluation Form will be shared.
· Template: Field where the template for the ESG Evaluation form is selected. Only templates that are active in the Template List page will be listed here.
· Evaluaiton Period: Field where the period for which the ESG Evaluation form is created is selected.
· Start Date: Field indicating when the evaluation will begin.
· End Date: Field indicating when the evaluation will end.
· Description: Area where a description related to the evaluation form can be written.
After completing the required fields, click on the "Save and Continue" button.
To add suppliers to the evaluation form on the opened page, click on the "Add" button from the Supplier List.
On the opened page, you will find the suppliers that will be added to the form.
You need to select the suppliers to whom the ESG Evaluation Form will be sent. The page displays the company name of the supplier, Category Status, Country/State/City, and the users to whom it will be sent.
To proceed, at least one supplier must be entered. After entering at least one supplier, click on the "Save and Continue" button.
Once the necessary adjustments have been made, click on the "Save and Continue" button located at the bottom right of the page to proceed to the next step, which is the Summary page.
After verifying the required fields, click on the "Publish" button to publish the ESG Evaluation Form.
ESG Evaluation Form Information
In the ESG Evaluation Form list, you can click on the Detail button in the Action column to update the End Date and see whether suppliers have responded to the assessment form.
After changing the end date on the first opened page, press the update button. The final completion date of the ESG Evaluation Form will be changed.
On the same page, after clicking on the Supplier list next to ESG Evaluation Form Information, you can see whether suppliers have responded to the forms from their statuses.
To view the responses of suppliers who have answered the form, click on the button in the Action column.
You can see the answers of the suppliers on the page that opens.
