(Buyer) Quick RFQ - Technical Approval

The Technical Approval feature is created in accordance with the needs of the Buyer Company. It can be used in cases where approval from relevant units is required for the product or products involved in a Quick RFQ event that has reached a closed status. The "Send to Technical Approval"action can be performed in events where the Event Status is closed or the finalization status is "Cancel".

On the opened page, the relevant settings must be completed.

Listing Option; this is a mandatory area. It configures whether the bid information can displayed by the approver.

Approval Type; this is a mandatory area. The approval flow is configured to either proceed with the technical approval flow designed specifically for the Buyer Company or to be directed to relevant person chosen by authorized person.

Description; this is an area for description that can be seen by the approver. It is not mandatory. After filling in the necessary areas, click the “Submit” button located at the bottom right of the page.

The event status is revised to be "At Technical Approval". During this stage, orders cannot be placed or the event cannot be terminated.

The next approver can be tracked with the icon located under the Quick RFQ list title area.

After the approver approves the event from the Pending Tasks page, the event status automatically updates to Technically Approved.

To view events that are in at technical approval or technically approved status in the list, a selection can be made from the relevant filter area.
