Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your Promena e-Sourcing System password, you can click the Forgot Password link on the Promena e-Sourcing login page.

On the opened page, you need to log in with your Username, which is your registered email address, and click the Submit button.

After completing this process, an automatic email will be sent to your registered email address as shown below.

In the email, clicking the Create Password link will open the following password setup page. You can set your password by meeting the specified criteria. You need to enter the password in both fields and click the Submit button.

After setting your password, you will be redirected to the https://solutions.promena.netlogin page, where you can log in with your username and new password
