Start / Request RFQ or e-Auction Event

In Promena e-Sourcing System you can request or start RFQ/E-Auction events, to Request an e-Auction or RFQ event you should have the event request role or to Start an e-Auction or RFQ event you should have the event create role.

On the Home page ,please click the “New”  button from the shortcut key and click "Start New Event" or  “Request New Event"

In the window that opens, please select "RFQ - Request for Proposal" or "e-Auction" as the Event Type and click OK. After this process, detailed screens will be opened for your event.

Note: If you choose your event type as a "RFQ", you can manage your event with Sealed Bid feature.

Sealed Bid: The bids submitted by the companies and the documents they upload to the system will not be displayed until the events is closed.However, all bids and documents will available to be displayed after the Event End Date.

2. Copying or Converting from Another Process

You can create a new RFQ or e-Auction event by copying an RFQ or e-Auction event. Please click the Copy icon next to the event you want to copy in the Event List.

If you want to convert a closed event to a new event (2nd tour RFQ or e-Auction after RFQ etc.) please click on the Convert icon in the Event List.

You can select the properties of the event you want to copy or convert in the window that opens. You can only get bidder suppliers, include all documents, just get latest bids, etc. After selecting the features, you can check the "Service Type" and click on the "OK" button to access the details screens of your process.

• On-demand: Indicates that the event management is organized by the Promena authorities.
• Self-servis: Indicates that the event management is organized by user himself.

After this process, detailed screens will be opened for your event.
