Create an RFI – Forms (Step 2)
Each RFI process is completed through 5 different stages. Completing the Forms page marks the second step of the process.
To proceed to the Forms step, the relevant fields in the "RFI Information" section must be filled out, and you should click on the Save and Continue button located at the bottom right of the screen.
To create a form from scratch, click on the Add Form button. If you want to select from existing forms that are in Active status, click on the Select Form button.
When you click on the Select Form button, a window will open where you can select the relevant forms that need to be added to the RFI. After selecting the forms, click on the Save button.
After selecting a form, the information related to the selected form is displayed on the screen. You can filter by form title from the top left corner of the screen.
In the Actions column, you can preview the selected forms again or remove the relevant form.
Clicking on the Continue button allows you to proceed to the third step, which is the Supplier List page.
