Bidding in an English e-Auction
There are two ways to participate to an e-Auction event you have been invited.
In the first method, you can click the Details button in the mail fort he e-Auction invitation and login with your login credentials to directly access the auction details.

In the second method, you can click the E-auction Listmenu below e-Sourcing title on the left-hand side of the screen.

In the E-auction List page, you can click the file icon below Action column to access the details of an e-auction.

General Information tab will be automatically opened in the next page. In this tab, you can view the general details of the e-Auction, send a message to the buyer.

You can make your choice of your participation status by clicking one of the buttons located at the upper part in the General Information tab.

To participate to the e-Auction event, click the Bidding Screen tab.

You can participate to the e-Auction, follow the announcements and see the competition information if buyer shares.

If activated, you can view the list of competition information with its own examples shared at the top right corner in the Bidding Screen.

If buyer does not activate any competition information, no information will be shared at that part.

To send a message to the buyer, click the message icon located at the top right corner in the Bidding Screen tab.

You can display the changes on the e-Auction in the Announcements section.

To send your bid, click the box located below Action column for each row and enter the bid and then hit Submit button to submit your bids.

Note: The decimals are represented with a dot (.) and the thousands are represented with a comma (,) in Promena.
To complete sending a bid, click the Yes button in the pop-up. If not accepted, the bid will not be sent.

“Request completed successfully.” Warning appears on the top right corner in the screen if the bid is successfully sent.

According to the situation about your bid, three different icon column will appear below the Line Total column.
· A gray icon in a case a bid has not been entered,

· A yellow icon in a case a bid has not been sent but still entered in the box,

· A green icon if a price entered is successfully sent.
